Within the scope of the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), Proimtech Health Products Inc. (“Proimtech” or the “Company”) hereby informs you that, in accordance with the User Agreement, General Information Notice and the Company’s Regulation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be collected and processed through automatic or non-automatic means by Proimtech’s business units, websites, call centers, phone calls, SMS records, email addresses, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels, in written, verbal, or electronic form. The purpose is to provide services to the User, verify the User’s identity accurately and as required by law, prevent illegal financial transactions, and ensure the smooth provision of Proimtech’s services and commercial activities. Your data will be processed during the use of the offered products and services and/or during the statutory periods, and will continue to be updated accordingly.

Among the personal data processed as sensitive personal data, health and sexual life data are not included; however, other sensitive personal data may be processed within the framework of legal regulations when necessary. As the data controller, Proimtech or the authorized data processors, who are instructed to implement necessary security measures, may collect and process your identity information, address information, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, bank account information, and cookies. These data may be securely stored, transferred, or processed both physically and digitally for the following purposes: ensuring seamless delivery of products and services to customers, maintaining reliable and uninterrupted provision of services, maximizing customer satisfaction, conducting and developing operational processes, executing financial transactions, performing promotion, marketing, advertising, campaign, and survey activities, informing users about campaigns and opportunities, and fulfilling contractual obligations. Data may be shared with Proimtech employees, representatives, domestic and international business partners, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, independent audit firms, survey companies, IT infrastructure providers, cloud storage services, and other service providers both in Turkey and abroad.

I hereby declare that I have been informed about the above matters and that I explicitly consent, within the scope of the KVKK and GDPR, to the processing and transfer of my personal data by Proimtech for the purposes described above.

I also acknowledge and accept that all personal data collected by Proimtech may be transferred, in accordance with the applicable legislation and only for the stated purposes, to third parties such as individuals, institutions, and/or organizations required or permitted by law, business partners, authorized bodies necessary for the fulfillment of the User Agreement, courts, public prosecutors, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), Capital Markets Board (SPK), Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK), Interbank Card Center (BKM), public institutions authorized to receive personal data, Proimtech’s domestic and international subsidiaries, companies operating under an agency/intermediary relationship, and independent audit firms, project/program/finance partners, both domestic and international organizations, and service providers.

Additionally, I declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up-to-date, and I undertake to immediately inform the Company of any changes in this information.

I hereby also explicitly consent that Proimtech may transfer my personal data to third parties within Turkey, or store it outside of Turkey after processing it domestically, or process and store it abroad — including by outsourcing services — provided that all legal security measures required by applicable laws are implemented.

I accept and declare that I have given my explicit consent for my personal data to be processed, used, shared, and stored for the duration necessary for the purposes explained within the scope of the KVKK and GDPR, and that I have been duly informed about these matters. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this text, the Proimtech Data Protection Policy, and the Proimtech Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data provided on the Site.
